The History of Our Village Through Time
From East Coast Emeralds
A moment for the ECE history books, our showstoppers girls on the podium receiving the silver medal at their first time at the Allstar World Championships.
L-R Laila & Bronte Willis and Violet Bleach
Day one, they hit a routine we were incredibly proud of and earned our highest score ever, a dream come true.
Hearing we had made the finals in 3rd place was just the icing on the cake. Then to come back on day two, perform an even stronger routine, improve our score, and finish with silver was just unreal.
The entire division was insane, and we loved getting to meet other UK programmes.
This achievement means everything to our programme, the former athletes who helped build this legacy yet did not get the same opportunity, all of coaches who have played a part in these athletes development and poured their time, energy and love into helping the team this season and to our families who have given so much to help make this dream a reality. As always, True ECE love.
Proud does not even begin to cover it!
EAST COAST EMERALDS UPDATE
Our three Hapton girls, Violet Bleach & Laila and Bronte Willis who’s cheerleading team won silver in Florida earlier this year now find themselves part of this year's Guinness book of world records entry as the event was the largest cheerleading event ever.
East Coast Emeralds have just released a video made of the Orlando trip which can be seen on YouTube (link below)
